NEW Club: Las TECH'anas

We have a brand new club on campus: Las TECH'anas. The goal of the Las TECH’anas Club is to reach ALL students and to empower students with 21st century coding skills. Come and have fun programming with Las TECH'anas with our virtual meetings every Wednesday afternoon (3:00-4:00). Contact for more info!

Is your contact info correct?

It is important that the correct parent/guardian phone numbers and student mailing address are correct in Synergy/ParentVue. This ensures that communication from the school gets to the right place and it's imperative should we ever need an emergency contact that we can indeed reach a parent/guardian. Click on the headline for a form you can use to make updates to your contact information.

Seniors- Don't forget to submit your diploma card!

Diplomas are a legal document and it is important that your name appears on it as it does on your birth certificate. Diploma name cards must be submitted by December 18, 2020. Click on the headline of this article to get to a google form you can fill out for your diploma card.

Virtual Tutoring Now Available On All School Days

KHSD is proud to announce a virtual tutoring program open to all KHSD students. Virtual tutoring sessions will be offered Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) starting at 1:30pm. To access the virtual tutoring sessions, click on Help on the left-hand side navigation menu of Canvas and click on the link titled KHSD Virtual Tutoring. On this page you will find important information, including the virtual tutoring schedule, and the subject specific Zoom links for these virtual tutoring sessions.

The Kern High School District is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15 to October 15 by recognizing the rich history and contributions made by Hispanic and Latinx individuals. This year's theme is Hispanic Americans: A History of Serving our Nation.
